Hosted by The Japan Foundation, “Beautiful Handicrafts of Tohoku” is a worth seeing exhibition which will take place in many countries from Eastern to Western. This is a good chance for people whom adore Japanese culture to see many interesting artefacts. We love to have this exhibition here in HCM Exhibition Centre, 92 Le Thanh Ton street, District 1.
I love to know all the things about handicrafts in Eastern countries and Japan is a typical one. My boyfriend took me to the exhibition last Friday and we were very pleased. It is our routine that we will join cultural activities together whenever we have time.
This exhibition has a collection of carefully selected items from textile to pottery, doll making and woodcuts painting, etc… The people of Tohoku are so clever and sophisticated in producing objects to support their daily living.
These pictures below are just a small part of the collection. They show all the artefacts that I love the most throughout the exhibition.
